  • Consider effort, information, reliability, and human review.

  • Describe what you want to make possible in everyday language.
  • Understand the information and human involvement an idea would require.

AI & Trust: What Can You Rely On?

Better questions. Sound judgment. Earned trust.

A confident answer is not always a reliable one. We explore how to evaluate AI-assisted work and ask better questions of the people selling it.

What you take awayLeave with a repeatable way to check results and protect customer relationships and business credibility.

What we’ll explore together
  • Spot missing context and claims that need verification.
  • Match human review to the consequences of an error.
  • Ask about information access, support, and moving your data elsewhere.

Changing work. Human value. Stronger relationships.

When work changes, questions about technology become questions about identity, confidence, and belonging. Let’s make room for those conversations.

What you take awayLeave ready to begin a more constructive team conversation and protect the human attention your customers value.

What we’ll explore together
  • Understand the concerns behind enthusiasm, hesitation, and skepticism.
  • Discuss change honestly without dismissing concerns or making premature promises.
